Just wanted to share with you how pleased I am with today's service. I have lived in my home for over 6 years and never enjoyed the outside fireplace because honestly I didn’t know how to turn it on. Of course my wife has been on me for 5 years to call Meritage but I was sure I could figure it out. After countless attempts I finally reached out to Jon Miller and in days he had Mantel & Fireplace set up for a service call. Mantel’s service tech Jim Valdez is excellent. Not only did he give me a 30 minute warning that he would be at my house by 8:15am I found him very professional and knowledgeable about my particular fireplace. Jim knew where every hidden door was at and fixed the issue quickly.

Of course is was something simple and of course I would have never figured it out.

My wife is going to be so excited that she can enjoy and outside roaring fire this winter.

Two months ago my wife and I walked into your showroom in Anaheim. Due to unique location and the size of our old fireplace, we had very limited options for our new Mantel. To our surprise your showroom was filled with variety of Mantels, we realized that we had many options that we could choose from.
